The following dogs are available for adoption after graduation from the Pawsitive Partners Prison Program. Monty’s Home is committed to carefully matching dogs and families based on the dog’s temperament, energy level and family lifestyle. Our adoption team carefully evaluate each application to ensure the right dog goes to the right home.

All the dogs originated from Pender County Animal Control, Burgaw, NC. When available, we provide specific background information. Otherwise, we’ll give our best guess estimate of age and breed mix.

Please understand:
With only five available dogs per class, our supply of trained, adoptable dogs is limited and our dogs are in great demand so …

-Starting the process is not a guarantee of immediate adoption.
-A “no” for a specific dog doesn’t mean a “no” for every dog.
